Yard House Proposed for Palladio at Broadstone

Popular beer and American fare restaurant chain Yard House is the latest tenant joining Folsom’s Palladio shopping center, according to a public filing. This news was first reported by the Sacramento Business Journal .

A new alcohol license application can be found under Yard House USA Inc. for the proposed new restaurant at 350 Palladio Parkway, Suite 1941 . According to the Business Journal, the licensing information corresponds to a 14,000-square-foot space in the center that was previously occupied by retailer Stichic.

Founded in 1996, Yard House is most famous for its extensive beer offerings, with over 100 beer taps in its locations, offering the “world’s largest selection of draft beer.” The menu also offers burgers, sandwiches, steaks, seafood, salads and appetizers. The Yard House brand is owned by Darden Restaurants Inc .

Yard House is also working on a location in Elk Grove, as previously reported . The chain currently has 27 restaurants across California, with one located in Downtown Sacramento and another in Roseville. Several other businesses are also planned for Palladio, including OZ Korean BBQ and Shake Shack .
