Another national company set to close Pennsylvania stores due to bankruptcy
(WTAJ) — As companies around the country file for bankruptcy and stores close in many states, another national retailer is joining the list. LL Flooring, formerly known as Lumber Liquidators, has filed for bankruptcy in Delaware, saying it is nearly $110 million in long-term debt. The first few seasons were played at the Conshohocken Bocce Club or more commonly known as the CBC Club. As it moved to Sutcliffe Park, more divisions and age groups were added. Philadelphia man pleads guilty to killing neighbor in dispute over snoring
A Philadelphia man has pleaded guilty to stabbing and killing his neighbor after the neighbor threatened him over his loud snoring. Christopher Casey, 56, of Upper Morland, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court on Aug. 7 to 11.5 to 23 months in county jail followed by three years’ probation after pleading guilty to the manslaughter charge and possession of an instrument of crime, according to court documents.
