Remember in the early 2000s when we were all obsessed with watching Xhibit piece together the most outlandish cars as part of his MTV hit, "Pimp My Ride?" Well, someone call the MTV producers because the popular Korean snack food brand, Bibigo , has a new car they're going to want to see.

In October, Bibigo revealed its new fully-kitted Dashboard Kitchen, which is just what you think it is — a fully functioning kitchenette that's designed to make it "easier for influencers to join the growing social media trend of eating and reviewing food in the comfort of their car."

“We’re going the extra mile to offer dumpling fans a bold innovation that celebrates the viral social media popularity of Bibigo dumplings,” Federico Arreola Carrazco, the vice president of marketing for Bibigo, shared in a statement provided to Food & Wine. “The Dashboard Kitchen brings together two very fun and creative social media trends to showcase just how delicious and customizable our dumplings are. We can’t wait to see how imaginative influencers will create content that celebrates the bold Korean flavors of Bibigo.”

In case you've somehow missed it (or are one of the very few people without TikTok these days), yes, influencers really are taking to their cars to park, sit, eat, and review whatever it is they are reviewing that day — be it fast food treats, homemade eats, and everything in between. Just look to stars like Keith Lee as the prime example.

And, as Bibigo explained, it's the perfect pairing for this trend, as it too is a viral sensation, with more than 250 million views on posts featuring its steamed dumplings over the past year.

As for what comes in the Dashboard Kitchen, the team explained it features a state-of-the-art hot plate, LED lights, a microwave, stability-controlled eating tray, and precision chopsticks, "ensuring dumplings are served fresh and delicious."

Those who want to see the kitchen in action can check out Tommy Winkler's videos first, as the TikTok legend received exclusive access to create content with the Dashboard Kitchen. Then, the kitchen will be on display at FoodieCon at the New York City Wine & Food Festival, where everyone will get the chance to try it for themselves.

Unfortunately it's not for sale — yet.
