This seminary was established in 1868 and was originally a bustling place where young men trained to become priests. However, as the years passed, the number of students dwindled, leading to its closure in 1972.

A decade later, there was an attempt to transform it into apartments, but this plan fell through, leaving the building deserted. In 1988, a new owner acquired the property, but constant vandalism and the curious exploration of teenagers earned it the nickname "Hell House." On Halloween night in 1997, arsonists set the building ablaze, and it was finally demolished in 2006.

As you wander through the trees, you'll encounter a few sets of stairs that have endured surprisingly well over the years.

Even during the warmer months, some have described experiencing "cold spots" in various areas of the ruins.

There's a spine-chilling account of a group of young men who ventured into the ruins. They claimed to have witnessed the ghostly figure of a girl approaching them. As she got closer, she raised her hand towards them, and her eyes began to glow red. Filled with terror, the boys promptly fled, later sharing their spine-tingling encounter with others as a warning.

The most prominent remaining structure is the Hell House Altar, a site rumored to be linked to sinister rituals, including alleged animal sacrifices. Some locals even believe these rituals summon demons to the property.
