Jessica Simpson is sending her children off to start a new school year. In family photos she posted to social media in acknowledgement of the milestone, Simpson wore animal print platform boots with a vibrant green dress.

While Simpson has no shortage of animal print shoes under her namesake fashion banner, she appeared to be wearing a pair of jaguar print platform boots from Roberto Cavalli, a brand known for featuring that particular pattern in its creations.

The shoe features a round platform in front and a tall tapered heel in the back, both of which make a bold statement in addition to the beige and black animal print itself. Additional signature Cavalli details include a Tiger Tooth silver pendant on the side zipper and Mirror Snake hardware. The boots typically retail for $1,204 from Roberto Cavalli but are currently marked down to $785 .

Simpson styled the eye-catching shoes with a shiny green slip dress evoking “Brat” summer — or potentially ringing in “Brat” fall as the change of seasons nears.
