Zendaya brought her famous fashion flair to New York City over the weekend to attend an FYC event alongside her “Dune: Part Two” castmates. The actress left an impression on Sept. 21 in not one, but two looks throughout the night, including a green Louis Vuitton dress paired with black satin pumps, and a black and white Burberry ensemble matched to strappy heeled sandals.
Hailing from Louis Vuitton’s resort 2025 collection, Zendaya’s first outfit was an emerald-hued minidress made of shiny ruched fabric designed with a whimsical puffy silhouette. Balloon-like sleeves also contributed to the rounded shape of the outfit, while a horizontal off-the-shoulder neckline added a clean linear boundary to the look. She wore her curls slicked back for a chic wet hair look.
Like the day she co-chaired the 2024 Met Gala , one look was not enough for Zendaya on this occasion. For her second outfit, she switched into a Burberry ensemble which debuted on the runway at London Fashion Week not one week prior. The cutting-edge look consisted of a structured white jacket and a sheer flowing black skirt with a significant slit beginning at mid-thigh. The jacket featured a stiff rounded collar and a set of buttons off to the left, both features contributing to the outfit’s modern sci-fi aura.
Unsurprisingly, Zendaya did not disappoint when it came to her footwear. She and her longtime stylist Law Roach matched the shine of her green Louis Vuitton dress to a pair of satiny black pumps with a classic silhouette. The shoes included a sharply pointed toe and a towering stiletto heel in addition to a low-cut vamp with a curved outline.
Her second set of shoes, meanwhile, included slender white straps on the upper creating a horizontal line and a V-shape connected with a knot at the center. The heeled sandals also included skinny straps wrapping around the ankles and tied off in a bow. The top of the sole was white while the bottom was black, including the heel, creating a color contrast that matched her outfit.
