A 43-year-old Warminster man is facing homicide charges after an accident investigation found he was speeding when he was involved in a fatal crash earlier this year. Warminster police responded to a two-car accident at Newtown Road and Coventry Lane shortly before 8:30 p.m. on July 16 where one driver was reported unresponsive and slumped over the steering wheel of his car.
