Sheriff charges Pearisburg woman in connection to Giles County shooting
GILES COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) – The Giles County Sheriff reports a woman was charged in connection to a shooting that occurred in Giles County on July 14. 47-year-old Emily Taylor Sowell of Pearisburg has been charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, the sheriff says.
