Mother of teen shot to death stands face to face with accused killer but shares a message
Sumter, S.C. (WACH) — Not even a week after the body of 15-year-old Derrick Wilson was found, his mother Salessa Wilson, and his father Derrick Wilson stood face to face with their son's accused killer, Ja'Hugh Martin, in a Sumter County Court room. Wilson said it was a pain she'll never forget. "He's a child himself you know and to look at someone's child who took my child's life it just hurts. My heart goes out to his mom too. She doesn't feel what I feel though. She will still get to see her child. I will never see my child again," his mother Wilson said.
