Owner of historic house in Easton files COA request
EASTON, Pa. - Easton City Council approved a certificate of appropriateness for a historic building Wednesday night at city hall. The action involves a temporary construction barricade and signage for the historical Hooper House, located at 501-503 Northampton St. The building is owned by the Rock Church of Easton, who was also the COA applicant.
