Person reportedly arrested in connection to 250-acre fire threatening homes in Wenatchee
WENATCHEE - The Balsamroot Fire has now engulfed 250 acres, posing a significant threat to the Wenatchee area. A suspect, believed to have started the fire with fireworks, is currently in custody, although Chelan County Sheriff's Office has not released further details. All evacuation alerts have been dropped to a level 1 on Wenatchee's west side.

LYNNWOOD, Wash. - The teenager suspected of a deadly shooting at Alderwood Mall on Wednesday has been released from custody, officials said Friday.
