Big Spring City Council to meet tonight, 07/23/24
BIG SPRING, TX — The Big Spring City Council will meet for a regular meeting today at the City Council Chambers, located at 307 E. 4th St. in Big Spring. Items on tonight’s agenda include a public hearing on the possible abatement of a property considered a public nuisance located at 622 Ridgelea, owned by the estate of the late Angela Fisher Oliver.
Mega Sports Camp at Naz Family Church set for July 29 – Aug. 2nd, 2024
BIG SPRING, TX — First Church of the Nazarene in Big Spring, also known as Naz Family Church, will host Mega Sports Camp, a free sports program for grades pre-k through 6th. This FREE program will be held at First Church of the Nazarene, located at 1400 S. Lancaster, July 29 – Aug. 2nd from 6-8:30 pm. Mega Sports Camp is a FREE sports camp that will include football, volleyball, soccer, and basketball. Pastor Allen Dunlap with Naz Family Church, told KBest News that Mega Sports Camp is similar to Vacation Bible School, but instead of crafts it focuses on sports.
