    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • Feb. 26 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 1700 block of Valley Brook Road, Clemmons. Stray dog.

    • Feb. 26 — Drug violations — 6300 block of Stadium Drive, Clemmons. Traffic stop leads to drug investigation.

    • Feb. 26 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 1100 block of Loblolly Court, Lewisville. Ex-wife assaults ex-husband’s new fiancé over child’s medication.

    • Feb. 27 — Breaking and entering without force — 1800 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Offender(s) broke into abandoned residence.

    • Feb 27 — Impersonation — 4000 block of Arden Street, Clemmons. Subject claimed to be FCSO deputy.

    • Feb. 27 — Lost property — 2000 block of Megan Circle, Clemmons. Misplaced passport.

    • Feb. 27 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject stole items from store.

    • Feb. 27 — Shoplifting — 2500 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Male subject stole items from store.

    • Feb. 27 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Place Center Drive, Clemmons. Subject stole items from store.

    • Feb. 28 — FCSO all other offense, animal related — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Dog at large in park.

    • Feb. 28 — Vandalism — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Tire slashed in school parking lot.

    • Feb. 28 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Road rage incident.

    • Feb. 28 — Trespassing — 1700 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject trespassed by failing to report to main office of high school and parked in.

    • Feb. 28 — Vehicle chase — 1500 block of King Richard Drive, Clemmons. Unknown suspect fled in a vehicle from deputies.

    • Feb. 28 — Shoplifting — 3100 block of Gammon Lane, Clemmons. Male stole items from Publix.

    • Feb. 28 — Breaking and entering without force — 7100 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. House broken into.

    • Feb. 28 — FCSO police service, fraud — 9000 block of River Path Road, Lewisville. Credit card fraud.

    • Feb. 28 — Animal cruelty — 1000 block of Creshaven Road, Lewisville. Person stated he saw the owner hitting a dog with a stick.

    • Feb. 28 — Shoplifting — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Individual took cigarettes form Lowes Foods.

    • Feb. 29 — Overdose — 5400 block of Moravian Heights Lane, Clemmons. Subject took father’s Xanax medication.

    • March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3500 block of Middlebrook Drive, Clemmons. Elderly female with cognitive issues.

    • March 1 — Police service, attempt suicide — 6200 block of Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Subject took Trazodone in order to harm himself.

    • March 1 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 6600 block of Gentry Circle, Clemmons. Neighbors were harassing tenant.

    • March 1 — FCSO police service, civil dispute — 6300 block of Jessie Lane, Clemmons. Subject had nails done and left without paying.

    • March 2 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Assisted other division on a barricaded subject.

    • March 2 — Vandalism — 1100 block of Kelwyn Lane, Lewisville. Unknown subject spray painted vehicle.

    • March 3 — Found property — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Juveniles found a firearm while playing outside.

    • March 3 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Juvenile attempted to steal beauty products.

    • March 3 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of Sequoia Drive, Lewisville. Reporting party stated male came to her door asking for a prostitute.
