Businessman Sandy Pensler drops out of U.S. Senate race, endorses Mike Rogers
Businessman Sandy Pensler has withdrawn from the Republican Senate race in Michigan just ahead of the state's primary, throwing his support behind former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers for the party's nomination. Pensler made the announcement at Donald Trump's rally in Grand Rapids on Saturday after being called onto to stage by the former president. Concrete demolition in progress at Soo Locks, noise expected 6 days a week
SAULT STE. MARIE — Construction rages on in Sault Ste. Marie, with progress continuing on the New Lock at the Soo project. According to a Facebook post from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Sabin Lock is being demolished to allow for the construction of the new lock.
