Albany man accused of public lewdness at Empire State Plaza
On July 8, around 1:30 p.m., troopers responded to Agency Building 1 at the Empire State Plaza in Albany for reports of a man exposing himself and performing a lewd act in public. Police say he fled before their arrival, which instigated an investigation.
