GERMANTOWN -- Braden Hausen scored the go-ahead run via error in the seventh inning as Fort Atkinson's Senior Legion Post 166 19U baseball team edged host Germantown 8-7 on Thursday.

Hausen led off the seventh with his second double of the game. With the bases loaded and one away, Colin Schrader reached on first baseman Mitchell Birchbauer's error to bring Hausen around. Hunter Green added a run-scoring ground out before a two-run error at second base allowed Fort to go ahead 8-4.

Germantown scored twice with two outs in the seventh on RBI triples from Landon Mani and Ian DeMichiel to get within 8-4. DeMichiel was then picked off third base to end the game.

Brady Byrnes started for Fort, allowing three earned runs on three hits in three innings. Jaren Strasburg then tossed a scoreless fourth inning, Green allowed a run on one hit in the fifth before Alexis Martinez tossed the final two innings to earn the decision, allowing three earned runs on four hits in two frames.
