Missoula artist's painting to be installed in Missoula Co. Courthouse
MISSOULA, Mont. — Two paintings that were previously separated, created by Missoula artist Edgar S. Paxson will be reunited and installed in the Missoula County Courthouse. Paxson's paintings the "Head of Horseshoe Lake, Cascade County, MT" and "Scene on the Missouri: Six Miles Below Cascade, MT" were bought by Jennie Lyng Kitt in the 1950's.
