Marcus & Millichap Arranges $4.3 Million Sale of 10-Unit Property in San Jose, California
SAN JOSE, CALIF. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 10-unit property located at 544 South Sixth Street in San Jose. The property sold for $4.3 million. Eymon Binesh, Adam Levin and Robert Johnston of Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

WALNUT CREEK — A big apartment complex in the East Bay has been bought for more than $100 million by a new owner whose stated goal is to keep rental housing affordable. Walnut Creek Manor, located about a mile from the Pleasant Hill BART station, has been bought for $101 million, according to documents on file with the Contra Costa County Recorder’s Office.

The Rotary Club of Willits is collecting photographs of Willits which will be transformed into 8.5 x 11” coloring book pages for the first ever Coloring Book of Willits. We intend to print 5000 copies which will be given to local Elementary and Pre Schools, the Willits Library, the Museum, the Skunk Train Depot, the Chamber of Commerce Office, Hospital/Doctor office waiting rooms, and maybe your office or business. We are still looking for sponsors to advertise in this one-of-a-kind fundraiser for, and about our community. UPD: Lost wallet leads to Ukiah hotel room full of drugs ready for sale
Two Ukiah women were arrested on suspicion of drug sales recently after a man reported losing his wallet near Wal-Mart, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, around 11:30 a.m. on July 15, a man identified only as a 43-year-old resident of Clearlake reported that he had lost his wallet in the 1100 block of Airport Park Boulevard, and that there had been fraudulent charges on it at a gas station located there.
