Update: Midtown Fort Collins intersection reopens after crash Wednesday

Update: The College Avenue and Swallow Road intersection reopened around 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, police said in a post on X.

Original story: The College Avenue and Swallow Road intersection in Midtown Fort Collins will be closed until at least 9:45 a.m., possibly longer, following a crash Wednesday.

Fort Collins police announced the crash and closure in a post on X just before 8 :45 a.m.

"The intersection is expected to be closed for an hour or more," police said. "Please find an alternate route and be aware of responders and emergency vehicles in the area."
