It's the end of the line for a popular Fort Collins country bar.

Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon, 2716 E. Mulberry St., will shutter July 26 after 42 years on the outskirts of town. The decision comes after the business was "not able to come to a fair agreement with the property owners to ensure appropriate renovations were completed to extend our lease," the establishment said in a statement to its patrons last week.
