UPDATE: State services, Valley law enforcement impacted by IT outage
Law enforcement agencies in the Valley are trying to work around a widespread Microsoft outage reported Friday morning. 21 News spoke with several dispatchers, most of whom reported outages of systems used to access data on driving and criminal records. However, dispatchers say people are still able to report emergencies.
