Morgan Properties Acquires 11-Property Portfolio in Pennsylvania
KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. — Morgan Properties, a development and investment firm based in the Philadelphia suburb of King of Prussia, has acquired a portfolio comprising 3,434 units across 11 properties in Pennsylvania. F&M Trust recently donated $7,500 to Fulton County Family Partnership to support the Volunteer Dental Clinic in McConnellsburg. For 25 years, the clinic has provided free dental treatment for eligible Fulton County residents of all ages, as well as preventive and educational programs for parents and children.
