The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar Opening New Location in Fort Mill

After opening in Concord Mills at the beginning of the year, a pair of franchise owners of The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar are getting ready to open a new Fort Mill location at 816 Brayden Parkway .

Franchisees Aaron and Monika Leach are celebrating the success of their first location from earlier this year with a second site, coming to the Brayden Village shopping center in early Fall 2024 , according to Charlotte Business Journal . The nearly 2,000-square-foot space will feature an expanded outdoor patio. After this, the franchise owners plan to open a third location elsewhere in the greater Charlotte area.

When the Leaches opened up their first location at the beginning of the year, they saw lines out the door and a never-ending request for special events and partnerships, and for good reason. The one-of-a-kind franchise offers up to 32 flavors of milkshakes made with Blue Bell Ice Cream; each topped with incredible candy bars and more, served in mason jars. Founders Bo and Sherri Mason launched the Myrtle Beach-based company in 2020 and now has at least a dozen locations in nine states, with more to come with the help of franchising.

“Crazy Mason doesn’t just bring desserts. They bring a dessert experience, and that’s what today’s consumer demands. They want to be wowed, and Crazy Mason brings it,” Sherman Walters with National Restaurant Properties, who represented Crazy Mason in the deal, tells the Charlotte Business Journal.
