Florida Jury Recommends Death Penalty for Bank Shooting Suspect
A jury in Florida has recommended the death penalty for a former prison guard trainee responsible for a deadly shooting at a SunTrust Bank branch. On that fateful day, the town of Sebring was rocked by the brutal attack. The 21-year-old suspect, as noted by Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund, knowingly and intentionally took the lives of five community members.

In the tiny city of West Miami, the sound of a red light camera shutter might as well sound like a cash register. Every month, the town of about 7,000 residents regularly snaps thousands of automated photos of people suspected of violating traffic laws.
