Summer is a great time to check out NDSU’s campus to get a better feel of what it’s like to be a student here. Join us for one of our upcoming Summer Visit Days on Friday, July 26, and Friday Aug. 2. During the visit you’ll get familiar with all that NDSU has to offer. Programming during the visit includes an academic resource fair; admission presentation/student panel; breakout sessions covering topics like financial aid, major and career exploration and student services; and a student-led campus tour.

Music Program At BPS Cut For No Teacher
(Bismarck, ND) — Another school program has fallen victim to the post pandemic trend of a teacher shortage. The Bismarck Schools say the orchestra program for fourth graders will be cut this year because officials couldn’t fill a teaching position. They say after listing the job for a month the three candidates who did apply didn’t work out. The carpentry program at Career Academy could also be at risk if a position available in that department isn’t filled.
