Torgerson picks up first professional win for F-M Redhawks
Former University of Jamestown pitcher Cade Torgerson earned his first professional win Tuesday evening for the Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks. Torgerson worked 1 1/3 innings in the Redhawks' 9-8 victory over the Winnipeg Goldeyes at Newman Outdoor Field. The first of five F-M relievers to see action on Tuesday, Torgerson allowed one hit while facing five batters and throwing 12 of his 18 pitches for strikes.
