WAPAKONETA, OH (WLIO) - Wapakoneta's annual Summer Moon Festival brought the stories of Ohio astronauts to the silver screen. The Wapa Theatre held a special double feature for festivalgoers on Friday night. Before the showing, there was a special VIP meet and greet with people from behind the scenes of each movie.

Shawnee Township Fire Department quickly contains nitric acid spill
SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP, OH (WLIO) - Shawnee Township Fire Department acted quickly to clean up a nitric acid spill leaking from a truck earlier on Friday. Just before 10:30 a.m., firefighters were called out to Buckeye and Fort Amanda roads for two pools of acid spilled when the truck started and stopped on the road. The truck driver was able to shut off the leak on Buckeye Road.
