Fort Smith investigating Sunday night gas station robbery

FORT SMITH, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — Fort Smith police are looking for two individuals who robbed a gas station on Sunday night, according to a news release.

Around 11:23 p.m., FSPD responded to the Kum & Go at 2112 Dodson Avenue for a robbery call.

Two men walked into the convenience store. One had a firearm and demanded money from an employee.

After getting the money, they fled down an alleyway behind the store.

FSPD said the investigation is ongoing and more information will be released as it becomes available.
