Northstars Lose Postseason Opening Game
The Havre Northstars started postseason play on Thursday afternoon, taking on the Tri-County Cardinals for the third time in five days, this time in Lethbridge to open up the 2024 North ‘A’ District Tournament. Unlike last weekend’s sweep, the Northstars dropped this one to the Cardinals, (13-6).
Downtown group OK’s funding for Mansfield Theater improvements
The Downtown Development Partnership voted July 24 to recommend approval of $400,000 of tax increment financing funds toward projects in the Civic Center.
