SANTA FE, N.M. (Alamogordotownnews.com) – The New Mexico State Police (NMSP) arrested a man following a traffic stop on July 16. In the afternoon, an officer pulled over a vehicle for a seatbelt violation. During the stop, the passenger, identified as 19-year-old Jesse Angel Tredway, was found to have an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The Arroyo Seco Sentinels have officially secured the inaugural Baseball Census Collegiate Summer League regular season championship. The Sentinels defeated the San Gabriel Valley Monarchs, 3-1, on Thursday.
