Greater Cincinnati book store holding 'blowout' sale prior to its closing
CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A Greater Cincinnati book store is holding a large sale prior to its closing. The Half Price Books location in Northgate, located on Colerain Avenue, will close its doors on July 7. The store's lease was up and an agreement could not be reached on a new deal, according to the corporate office. It opened in 2003.

Alexandria native wins singing competition to perform at Red Rocks
Reagan Golden’s biggest gig thus far is the St. Mary’s Parish Festival, but that will change on July 11 when she performs at Red Rocks. Golden started playing the guitar in fourth grade and sang by fifth grade. She said she wrote her first good song at the age of 12. Aside from doing local gigs around Campbell County, Golden didn’t have any large performances on the books until she entered a contest to perform with bluegrass folk band Trampled by Turtles at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado and won.
