New details were released this week about plans for an office tower in Fort Worth’s Cultural District.

Crescent Real Estate LLC expects to begin construction in November on its second office building in the Crescent development off Camp Bowie Boulevard, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation .

Located at the corner of West 7th and Boland street, the Class AA office tower is slated to cost over $70.4 million.

The 171,500-square-foot building, dubbed Crescent Offices West, will be eight stories tall and have a five-story parking garage.

Amenities will include a gym, deck, meeting space, two restaurants and balconies on each floor, the company said earlier this year. GFF Design of Dallas, whose projects include the Dallas Holocaust Museum, the Two Arts Plaza tower and Fort Worth Diamond Hill Recreation Center, is listed as the design firm.

Owned by Fort Worth investor John Goff, the Crescent mixed-use development at 3230 Camp Bowie Blvd. continues to grow, both in size and popularity.

Crescent Real Estate LLC announced plans for the second office building in March. Over 90% of the first building, Crescent Offices East, was leased by March — less than a year after it opened. The property commands some of the highest commercial rents in Fort Worth.

The Crescent Fort Worth Hotel, the development’s 200-room luxury hospitality property, opened in November . It is also home to Canyon Ranch spa and The Crescent Residences , a community of 168 high-end apartments, which opened earlier this year. Over a third of the complex’s apartments were leased by early September.

A cafe is planned to open next to the apartments’ leasing office. Duro Hospitality will be opening a restaurant on the ground floor of Crescent Offices East.
