A 61-year-old man was shot and injured Wednesday night while arguing with a family member, Fort Worth police said.

Officers were dispatched to the Primavera Apartments at 2201 E. Berry St. shortly before 11 p.m. regarding a shooting call. The victim told police he was arguing with his nephew when his nephew’s girlfriend shot him in the back, officials said. The suspect and nephew fled the scene on foot.
