    Union Pacific’s ‘Big Boy,’ world’s largest steam locomotive, stops in Fort Worth. See it

    Hundreds gathered at Fort Worth’s T&P Station on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, to see Union Pacific Railroad’s Big Boy No. 4014. It was the second day the historic locomotive was on display in Fort Worth.

    Big Boy No. 4014, the world’s largest operating steam locomotive, is touring across 10 states during its Heartland of America Tour.

    The locomotive was on display free to the public on Thursday and Friday. It will depart on Sunday for McAlester, Oklahoma.
