Saddle Horn Concepts’ founders Scott C. Smith and John C. Miller, owners of Delucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine locations across Texas, are expanding further into the Dallas-Fort Worth market, beginning with a new location at Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth set to open May 20. At Delucca, the emphasis is on the social experience. Guests are allowed more time to socialize in groups due to the continuous dining service with multiple flavors of Neoplotian pizza and set starters coursed out from start to finish. The experience encourages guests to spend less time looking at the menu and more time tasting new and familiar flavors. The appeal and significant ease of the continuous Rodizio-style pizza service and one five-course menu for $25.95 per person caught on quickly with diners.

Delucca offers the freshest, highest quality ingredients – including house-made Fior di Latte mozzarella and dough made daily. The social dining experience consists of starters served family-style from fresh and light Arugula Salad dressed in lemon honey vinaigrette, Lobster Bisque, and Kobe Beef Meatballs. Followed by unlimited world-inspired savory pizzas served continuously with a large range of categories including traditional, specialty, seasonal, Brazilian, and dessert. Gluten-free, vegan, and kosher pizza options are available upon request.

The hospitality industry veterans, who were top executives at Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group, Gordon Ramsay North America, and Denny’s, purchased the pizza concept from Delucca founders Chef Evandro Caregnato and Vanderleia “Dede” Mallmann, who worked at Texas de Brazil for many years. Delucca has been very successful in drawing a diverse demographic of guests and highlighting culture within its menu.

In addition to the Alliance location, the new owners also own five other locations currently open, and have another new location under construction. They will start franchising in June. The Alliance Town Center location is nestled just east of Interstate-35W and south of Heritage Trace Parkway. It will feature a variety of semi-private dining configurations for groups.

Specialty pizzas include, but are not limited to, Turkish Lamb, Honey Sopressata, Mexican Elote, and Chicken Tikka Masala then topped off with a parade of noteworthy dessert pizzas from Nutella to Dulce De Leche. Traditional pizzas include Margherita, Cupping Pepperoni, and Four Cheese & Truffle. There are vegetarian options such as a Vodka Sauce & Mushroom and Mexican Elote pizza. Delucca is now featuring White Pizza & Spring Onions and Thai Chicken Pizza for the spring and summer season. Each guest is issued a coaster to turn from green to red to signal “yes” or “pause” to pizza service.

With Smith’s preeminent steakhouse and fine-dining portfolio, great wines are paramount to the brand. Well-priced, high-end, California, and global wine selections including Caymus, Justin Isosceles, Faust, CJ Melka, and Cade, abound with bottles ranging from $30-$125.

Expect inventive, showstopping mixology from the bar. A Classic Caipirinha is the house’s specialty made with premium ingredients, and you can also customize it by adding passion fruit, blackberry, or mango habanero. Also noteworthy is the Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini served with a Delucca signature smoke bubble on top. Choose from premium margaritas, boozy dessert drinks, Louis XIII Cognacs, and many more fine spirits. There are also zero-proof options for mocktails.

Happy Hour will be available at the bar where guests can enjoy $8 select wines and cocktails, $8 small plates, and $9 select savory and dessert pizzas. Guests are welcome to enjoy this Happy Hour pricing Monday through Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Brunch will be offered every Sunday from Noon to 3 p.m. with six signature brunch pizzas: Classic Breakfast, Croque Madame, Italian Brunch, Smoked Salmon, Eggs Benedict, and Spinach & Bacon Quiche. Enjoy a range of mimosa flavors for only $7. In addition for $10 select Bloody Mary, Bloody Maria, or discover a Tombo 75. House-made White Sangria is also available for those looking for a brandy kick.

Children from 3 – 6 years of age are $11 per person and children from 7-12 years of age are $18 per person.

Reservations are recommended. Large groups can be accommodated and are encouraged.

Delucca Fort Worth Alliance Town Center will occupy 4900 square feet which includes a private dining room, an intimate bar with a lounge. Guests will discover an eye-catching black and white tile floor, wood paneling, and floor to ceiling wine wall with views of the pizza oven right as they enter the restaurant.

The Alliance Center location will feature a new Bar Bites Menu. The small plate options include Meatballs topped with Mozzarella and Basil; Spinach and Artichoke Dip; Balsamic Figs & Burrata; Whipped Lemon Ricotta, Wagyu Beef Empanadas and Chicken & Cheese Empanadas. The Bar Bites menu will soon be offered at additional locations.
