Moms for Liberty says those who join group can now have their schools exempted from Biden-Harris transgender policies
Two weeks ago, in a landmark legal ruling, Moms for Liberty secured an injunction to stop the Biden Administration’s rewrite of Title IX regulations from going into effect across the country. Biden’s interpretation of Title IX allows boys to be treated as girls and girls to be treated as boys in sports, locker rooms and bathrooms.
Incidental Take Authorization: United States Coast Guard's Fast Response Cutter Homeporting in Seward and Sitka, Alaska
NOAA Fisheries has received a request from the United States Coast Guard for authorization to take marine mammals incidental to fast response cutter homeporting in Seward and Sitka, Alaska. NOAA Fisheries is requesting comments on its proposal to issue two incidental harassment authorizations to incidentally take marine mammals during the specified activities. NOAA Fisheries is also requesting comments on possible one-time, 1-year renewals that could be issued under certain circumstances and if all requirements are met, as described in Request for Public Comments at the end of this notice. NOAA Fisheries will consider public comments prior to making any final decision on the issuance of the requested MMPA authorizations and agency responses will be summarized in the final notice of our decision.
