    Dover 'sportsman's paradise' mansion for sale at nearly $11 million

    DOVER — A mansion at 32 Wisteria Drive , billed as "a sportsman's paradise," is on the market two years after it last sold, this time for $10.95 million.

    The 16.3-acre property, with views of the Cocheco River, features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and two half-bathrooms in 14,709 square feet of living space. There's a bocce court, tennis/pickleball court, golf green, indoor golf simulator, home theater, guest house, private dock, pond, infinity pool and spa. It has been listed for sale since Sept. 6 by Tony Jalbert and John Rice of Tate & Foss Sotheby's International Realty.

    Rice confirmed the current owner of the property is John Pantekidis, who is also listed in Dover property records . The home was purchased on Dec. 19, 2022, for $9.75 million, according to Zillow , from previous owners David and Karen Della Penta .

    Pantekidis is a managing partner at TwinFocus, a Boston-based investment firm. He serves as general counsel and has been with the firm since 2007, leading the tax planning efforts and wealth structuring of the firm, according to the TwinFocus' website.

    Construction started in 2005 and completed in 2008. The property was previously advertised in 2022 as a "golfer's paradise." Now, it's advertised as "a sportsman's paradise," as the property boasts all the features a sportsman could need, according to Rice.

    According to PrimeMLS, a monthly mortgage would be approximately $53,014 for a 30-year fixed mortgage with a 20% down payment and a 6% interest rate.

    The property value assessed by the city of Dover lists it at $4,761,040.
