In the earlier posts (beginning with the least difficult game for the Crimson Tide) were Mercer and Western Kentucky; followed by South Florida, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina. The Auburn Tigers were previewed as the Crimson Tide's seventh-toughest contest, followed by Wisconsin.
