    U.S. Marshals offer reward for capture of fugitive

    The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the capture of a man wanted on charges stemming from a death in Fostoria.

    Michael Toney, 43, is wanted by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Marshals Service for involuntary manslaughter. Mr. Toney is suspected of supplying an individual with narcotics that led to an overdose death in 2018.

    Mr. Toney is a described as about 5 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He is known to frequent both the Toledo and Cleveland areas.

    Anyone with information about Mr. Toney can contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or can submit a web tip at usmarshals.gov . Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward.
