GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - Law enforcement is cracking down on seatbelt safety. ‘Click It or Ticket’ is a campaign that law enforcement is running to try to get more people to wear seatbelts. From July 22 to Aug. 2 there will be increased awareness and enforcement of Colorado’s seatbelt laws.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Starting next month, Colorado Springs firefighters will be honing in one of the city’s popular parks. Stratton Open Space sits on the southwest side of the city and is a true neighborhood park, surrounded by homes and schools. It’s also directly adjacent to the 1,600-acre North Cheyenne Canon. A fire within the open space has the potential of both threatening structures and spreading beyond its borders into the canyon.
