Where to drop off your ballots in Fountain Hills, Fort McDowell

The Primary Election date for Arizona is next week and it is already past the recommended date to return early ballots by mail. However, there are secure drop boxes available where voters can leave their completed ballot.

The drop box at Fountain Hills Town Hall will be available during regular building hours (closed Friday - Sunday) through Monday, July 29, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Election Day, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The primary Vote Center in Fountain Hills for this election is the Fountains United Methodist Church, 15300 Fountain Hills Boulevard. The center is open this week for early voting and will have a secure drop box to leave ballots. The site is open 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. through July 26. Monday, July 29, the center will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Election Day, Tuesday, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The Fountain Hills Community Center will be open to cast ballots Monday, July 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Election Day, Tuesday, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Cornerstone Family Church, 10215 Saguaro Blvd. will be open for voting Monday, July 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Election Day, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

At Fort McDowell the voting site at the Fort McDowell Recreation Center, 16402 N. Fort McDowell Road, will be open on Election Day only, July 30 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

In the Verde Communities the voting site is at the Rio Verde Community Center, 18816 E. Four Peaks Blvd. and it will be open Monday, July 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Election Day, July 30, from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

All voting sites have a drop box for ballots to be dropped off during the hours the site is open.

Residents can check on the status of their registration, and other election information including ballot tracking by visiting beballotready.vote.

Voters may also drop off a mail ballot or cast their ballot at any ballot center location in Maricopa County during the election period. The locations are listed at elections.maricopa.gov/voting.
