VerdeCares making vision clinic available

VerdeCares is partnering with LUXE Vision to offer an on-site vision clinic for Verde residents.

Each vision exam typically takes 15-20 minutes. VerdeCares will schedule appointments for 12 to 15 residents. To schedule an appointment, call VerdeCares at 480-471-8944. Summer office hours are 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

LUXE Vision is a comprehensive mobile vision service that brings optometrist expertise directly to community residents. They accept Medicare and Medicaid for most patients, ensuring no out-of-pocket costs for the complete vision exam. Other things LUXE can check for and review include glasses, contacts, cataracts, glaucoma, and macular degeneration.

VerdeCares will be on-site during the clinic to ensure safety and provide support.
