A 72-year-old woman is recovering after being grazed by a bullet yesterday afternoon in South Philadelphia. According to NBC Philadelphia, the incident occurred just before 5 p.m. on the 1200 block of Porter Street. Officials reported that the woman sustained a graze wound to the stomach but is now listed in stable condition.
