    Webb City Little League is Championship Bound! They Defeat Sioux Falls, 6-4, to Advance to the Midwest Regional Championship!

    WHITESTOWN, IN — Webb City (MO) took on Sioux Falls (SD) in the semi-finals of the Midwest Regional Tournament and came away victorious, 6-4.

    They now advance to the 2024 Little League Baseball Midwest Regional Championship game and are now one win away from a trip to Williamsport and the Little League World Series.

    Joel Beverlin had a great day on the mound for Webb City. He went; 5.0 IP, 8 H, 1 ER and struck out 6 batters.

    Webb City started the scoring early when they scored three runs in the bottom of the 1st inning.

    Beverlin, Levi Smith and Graham Davis all earned RBI’s in the inning.

    Sioux Falls scored two runs in the top of the 5th to tie the game at 5-all.

    In the bottom of the 5th, Webb City responded scoring three runs of their own thanks to some RBI’s by Rylan Crooker, Max Woodmansee and George Hines.

    Webb City will play in the championship game on Friday, August 9th. They will play the winner of Iowa and Sioux Falls.

    The championship game is scheduled for a 12 o’clock start time and will be airing on ESPN.
