Joplin Volleyball Drops Close Match Against Glendale 3-2

JOPLIN, MO — The Joplin Eagles took on the Glendale Falcons in a volleyball match Thursday night that saw both teams looking to bounce back after a loss.

Joplin, coming off a loss against Central, was down early in this one as Glendale took the first set comfortably. However, the Eagles battled back in the second set to tie things up.

The Eagles had several contributors — Adalynn Noirfalise, Anistyn Murdock, Amy Kessler, Lucy Erisman — making plays consistently all throughout this one.

It was a back-and-forth battle that went all five sets, but Glendale came out on top with a 3-2 win.
