Arkansas LOTTO jackpot climbs to more than $3 million

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery says its LOTTO jackpot has climbed to more than $3.025 million ahead of Wednesday night’s drawing.

The jackpot is the first in the LOTTO’s history to surpass $3 million. The previous highest jackpot was $2.338 million claimed in May 2023.

LOTTO was first launched in September 2022 and is a draw game that’s only sold in Arkansas. It was designed in hopes of offering Arkansans the opportunity to win big prizes.

Six numbers between one and 40 are drawn and players have to match all six numbers to win the big jackpot.

Once someone wins the jackpot, it resets to $250,000 and increases with the ticket sales after each drawing.

Tickets cost $2 per play with sales cutting off one minute before the 9 p.m. drawing on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The Natural State Jackpot has also jumped to $330,000 for Wednesday night’s drawing. Tickets for NSJ cost $1 per play with sales cutting off one minute before the 8 p.m. drawing.
