Woman arrested in connection with deadly Saturday shooting

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Deputies with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office announced that an arrest has been made in connection with a Saturday afternoon shooting that left one dead.

According to deputies, 40-year-old Natasha Trupka was arrested and is facing a charge of capital murder.

The incident happened after deputies with the PCSO responded to a shooting Saturday that happened at the intersection of Hwy 161 and Jamison Ave.

When deputies arrived, they said they found a woman dead from a gunshot wound. Officials have not released the victim’s name.

Trupka is currently being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility.
