LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Last year heavy rains led to the cancellation of HarvestFest, but that wasn’t the case this year.

Thousands turned out for the annual event on Saturday in the Hillcrest neighborhood in Little Rock.

There were over 100 vendors, 13 food trucks, a beer garden and many other attractions.

“It’s a good atmosphere. It’s good vibes. Great food,” attendee Chrystal Norwood said.

For many, it’s a fun Saturday activity on their day off.  For Bang-Up Betty business owner Stacey Bowers and others, it’s an opportunity to promote their products.

“It’s been a long day at work. But it’s totally worth it. I woke up at 6 a.m., 5:30 really, and I was just like I’m ready to go. It’s super fun,” Bowers said.

The popular street festival opened at 11 a.m. and wrapped up at 7 p.m.
