    White County deputies investigating after finding man, woman dead Sunday

    WHITE COUNTY, Ark. – Deputies with the White County Sheriff’s Office are investigating after two bodies were found over the weekend.

    WCSO officials said deputies received a call around 9 p.m. on Sunday reporting that someone had found a woman’s body on Appalachia Road outside Searcy.

    Police arrest man accused of posing as utility worker, killing homeowner

    When they arrived, deputies found the woman’s body, identified as 46-year-old Sayward Alaman, and said she had gunshot wounds. Deputies said they also found the body of 47-year-old Phillip Alaman and noted he had an apparent self-inflicted gunshot

    Authorities did not state the relationship between the two.

    WCSO officials said the incident appears to be self-contained and they are not currently seeking any additional suspects.

    Authorities have not released a motive in this case and said that the investigation is ongoing.

    I worked with her in nursing & she was nothing but a loving, giving woman! This just breaks my heart...y'all nobody deserves this pain...dammit!!!
