When I was in elementary school, I simply knew which bus stop was mine quite easily. Sometimes we even walked the entire 4 or 5 blocks home after school. If a child doesn’t understand their bus stop or how to navigate the bus ride, I don’t know if maybe they should be driven to and from school for another year.

Bottom line, the child was found a short time later unharmed and is safe at home. The thing now is to resolve and find a method that this won't happen again. Going for blood and wanting people fired because the parent did not take the time to teach her child how to when to and where to get off the bus. That is the parents' responsibility to make certain their child knows where her home is. That the child should know these simple things like your street address and home number to call if you get into trouble. Firing a bus driver is not going to solve anything. responsibility is due on both sides.
